Kotz Sangster also helps contractors structure their firms and partnering agreements in preparation for work on a project. For example, we have drafted joint venture agreements, organized and incorporated special purpose entities, obtained Small Business Administration certification for mentor and protégé companies, and obtained specialty licenses, such as Casino Supplier Licenses.
