Our attorneys have solved licensing problems in California; enforced warranty claims on defective power turbines in Virginia; and litigated undisclosed ground condition claims in Florida. We work across the nation.
Kotz Sangster is active in the construction industry. We participate in trade associations, such as the Associated General Contractors of Michigan and California, the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association (“MITA”), the Construction Association of Michigan (“CAM”), the Southern California Contractors Association (“SCCA”), and the Beavers. We also regularly contribute articles to construction industry publications and speak on topics of importance to construction industry trade groups.
