In addition, in today's tight finacing arena, purchasers and sellers are looking for non-traditional ways to consummate deals without benefit of bank financing. We are structuring an increasing number of transactions using seller financing. Depending on the motivation of the parties, seller financing is often a creative and reasonable alternative to leasing.
