John T. Below
John T. Below is an attorney practicing in Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C.’s Detroit and Birmingham offices. He is an honors graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 1993) and received his undergraduate degree from Oakland University (B.A. 1990).
Mr. Below’s areas of expertise are state and federal litigation of employment and labor law matters, including discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation, traditional labor matters and administrative proceedings. Mr. Below also handles complex commercial and banking litigation in the areas of lender liability, bankruptcy, foreclosures, receiverships, contract disputes and fraud; as well as construction litigation and arbitration.
Mr. Below regularly presents seminars on employment and banking litigation concerns.
