Kevin C. Clark
Mr. Clark is an attorney practicing in Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C.’s Detroit, Birmingham, Grand Rapids and Niles, Michigan offices. He is a graduate of the Pepperdine University School of Law, the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University (M.D.R) and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (B.A. magna cum laude). Mr. Clark’s practice involves all aspects of construction law, including contract drafting and negotiation, contract risk management, claims analysis, and litigation or arbitration arising from construction disputes. Mr. Clark’s practice has also included complex commercial litigation, Constitutional Law litigation, real estate litigation, labor and employment litigation, and collections.
Mr. Clark is a member of the Construction Practice Group at Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C. Mr. Clark’s has represented a diverse mixture of clients, including developers, governmental and quasi-governmental entities, non-profits, financial institutions, manufacturers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, on a wide variety of projects, including ethanol plants, casinos, stadiums, hotels, hospitals, churches, historic buildings, sewer and infrastructure, and general commercial and residential developments.
Mr. Clark is also a member of the Litigation Practice Group, and has extensive experience as litigator in the resolution of disputes through facilitation, arbitration, litigation in state and federal courts and the appellate process.
