Richard J. Rozycki
Mr. Rozycki is an attorney practicing in Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C.’s Detroit office. Mr. Rozycki is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University (B.A.)
Mr. Rozycki is a member of Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C.’s Construction practice group. Mr. Rozycki’s practice involves all aspects of construction law, including contract drafting and negotiation, risk analysis and management, claims analysis, and litigation or arbitration arising from construction disputes. Mr. Rozycki’s practice has also included complex commercial and real estate litigation.
Mr. Rozycki has represented a variety of clients, including developers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers, on an assortment of commercial and residential construction projects.
Mr. Rozycki is also a member of the Litigation Practice Group, and has significant experience litigating matters in arbitration, mediation/facilitation, and litigation in state and federal courts.
