Brandon J. Wilson
Brandon Wilson is an attorney at Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C's Detroit office. He is a graduate of University of Detroit School of Law and Michigan State University (B.A., with honors). Mr. Wilson’s practice is focused on complex civil and commercial litigation, banking and creditors’ rights. As part of his practice, Mr. Wilson litigates securities, trade secrets, shareholder and contract disputes. Mr. Wilson also represents banks and financial institutions in litigation involving bankruptcy, foreclosures, receivership, and contract disputes.
Mr. Wilson has considerable experience in representing receivers, trustees and assignees in state and federal court, in actions involving the recovery of fraudulent transfers, non–dischargeability of debts, and administration and liquidation of real and personal property.
