Rick Berg's practice is devoted to commercial law, including primarily the representation of business owners. His practice includes the litigation of sale of goods and security interest disputes under the Uniform Commercial Code, and the litigation of contract disputes in a variety of applications, including sales of goods and machinery contracts, construction contracts, manufacturer's representative agreements, employment contracts, and shareholder disputes. He is frequently consulted to aid in the drafting of purchase orders, sale contracts, service agreements, and construction contracts, and appears in bankruptcy court regularly on behalf of creditors or construction companies involved in commercial bankruptcy disputes.
