Mr. Boucher is a senior litigation associate at Kotz, Sangster. He practices in all state and federal courts, in addition to arbitration of disputes. Mr. Boucher concentrates his practice on complex litigation, with a special emphasis on construction litigation. Clients represented include internationally operating general contractors, locally operating subcontractors, and owners. He has successfully litigated cases concerning such issues as delay and disruption damages, lien and bond claims, insurance coverage for construction defects, and faulty workmanship.

A significant portion of Mr. Boucher's practice involves commercial litigation for middle market companies with international transaction issues. Recent successes in this area have concerned enforcement of foreign judgments and country of origin marking. Mr. Boucher also assists commercial enterprises with receivables collection, insurance coverage, and Uniform Commercial Code issues.
