Mr. Clark is an associate at Kotz, Sangster, Wysocki and Berg, P.C.. His practice involves all aspects of construction law, including contract drafting and negotiation, claims analysis, and litigation or arbitration arising from construction disputes. Mr. Clark also has experience in complex commercial litigation, Constitutional Law litigation, real estate litigation, labor and employment litigation, and collections. Mr. Clark has represented a wide array of clients, from mutli-billion dollar corporations to small businesses. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Clark has an extensive educational background that includes authoring and publishing two articles on dispute resolution, serving as Lead Articles Editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal, participating as a member of the Pepperdine National Moot Court Team and Chairman of the Moot Court Board, and accepting a Fellowship at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
