Mr. de Reyna is a shareholder at Kotz, Sangster, Wysocki and Berg, P.C.. His practice includes estate and tax planning; business succession planning; probate administration; general tax matters; general corporate and business law, including corporate planning, formation of corporations, partnerships limited liability companies and joint ventures; contracts and shareholder agreements.

Mr. de Reyna is an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law teaching various tax and estate planning classes and is also a co-presenter of various business succession and estate planning seminars for the Construction Association of Michigan and other organizations.
