Mr. de Reyna is a shareholder at Kotz Sangster. His practice includes estate and tax planning; business succession planning; health care law, including corporate and transactional issues; probate administration; general tax matters; general corporate and business law; contracts and shareholder agreements. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Macomb, Inc., the Wayne County Financial Planning Council, and the Greater Detroit Chamber of Commerce Tax Committee. He is also a member of the Grosse Pointe Farms Police Reserve, the Board of Directors of the Grosse Pointe Adoption Society and the Grosse Pointe Farms Little League, as well as various committees at the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law. He also serves as an informal advisor to various local non-profit foundations and organizations, including the Giving Tree Montessori School.
Mr. de Reyna is an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law teaching various tax and estate planning classes and is also a co-presenter of various business succession and estate planning seminars for the Construction Association of Michigan and other financial and estate planning organizations.
