Mr. Goldi has primarily counseled business and corporate clients in general corporate transactional matters and lease and loan financing transactions. Mr. Goldi has closed as counsel for the Lessor/Borrower secured financing transactions with equipment cost in excess of One Billion Dollars. Specifically, Mr. Goldi practices in the following areas:
Equipment Leasing: representing clients in the negotiation and documentation of equipment leases including true leases, finance leases, lease to service contracts, synthetic leases, and complex leveraged lease transactions with tax motivations involving equipment such as aircraft, trucks, light rail and railroad vehicles.
Community Banking: representing community banks and their affiliates with general corporate matters, loan documentation/review, consultation, acquisition and disposition of accounts, loan and lease portfolios.
Commercial Lending: representation of borrowers and lenders in commercial loan and real estate transactions, including all forms of secured asset-based lending.
Corporate Law: general consultation to all forms of business entites, with particular emphasis on corporate acquisitions, asset sales and the formation of business enterprises.
