Ms. Heiser is a litigator based in the firm’s Detroit office focusing her practice on complex litigation involving construction, commercial and employment disputes. Ms. Heiser has represented clients at every stage of State and Federal trial and appellate practice, as well as arbitration. She utilizes her litigation skills to conduct investigations of allegations of harassment, discrimination or inappropriate conduct. Ms. Heiser is a member of the firm’s employment and construction practice groups. She also serves as the firm’s Appellate Specialist.
