Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Macyda worked as a summer law clerk for U.S. District Judge Avern Cohn and interned with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality where he assisted the Attorney General’s Office in prosecuting violations of state environmental law.
Mr. Macyda’s practice is devoted to commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He represents corporations in matters involving contract disputes, business torts, Uniform Commercial Code litigation, and bankruptcy. Mr. Macyda also serves as a pro bono attorney for the Sugar Law Center and as a legal consultant for the show “It Is What It Is” on Sports Radio AM 1130 WDFN.
