Mr. McGlynn’s practice includes litigation in all state and federal courts, as well as arbitration, facilitation and mediation. His practice focuses on complex corporate litigation and disputes involving middle-market companies, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Mr. McGlynn has represented a broad range of industrial and service based businesses including automotive, industrial manufacturing, aviation and telecommunications, as well as a multitude of service based industries including legal, insurance and finance, as well as the entertainment industry.

He is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Additionally, he has been admitted Pro Hac Vice and practiced in various foreign courts including Circuit and Federal Districts in the states of Minnesota, Ohio and Virginia. Mr. McGlynn’s practice has also involved international corporate litigants and the application of the laws of foreign countries.
