Mr. McNally is an associate attorney at Kotz, Sangster, Wysocki and Berg, P.C. who specializes in construction and commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. McNally has extensive background in litigating all types of construction disputes representing owners, real estate developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Mr. McNally also has significant experience representing clients in various types of commercial disputes, such as non-competition agreements, trade secret and other business tort claims, shareholder disputes and tortuous interference claims. Mr. McNally has represented a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to small sole proprietorships. Mr. McNally has had numerous successes at the trial and appellate levels, including, the landmark case of Morris Pumps v. Centerline Piping, Inc., 273 Mich. App. 187, 729 NW2d 898 (2006).
