Nicole M. Harms

Nicole M. Harms is a Certified Paralegal based in Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C.’s Detroit Office. She is a graduate of Wayne State University (B.S., 2002) and received her paralegal certification from National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in 2006. Ms. Harms is an essential part of the Corporate Services and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Groups. Ms. Harms services include business formations, preparation and filing of UCC filings, UCC search requests in all states, due diligence review, document drafting, document management and trademark applications. She has substantial experience in various types of merger and acquisition transactions, representing both buyers and sellers, as well as recapitalizations. She also assists the firm’s litigation department with discovery and electronic discovery matters.
