Mr. Porritt's practice areas include Real Estate, Construction, General Corporate, Trademark and Copyright, Bankruptcy and Asset Protection, and Banking Law.

Mr. Porritt has extensive real estate experience in both commercial and residential developments. He has published instructional material for use by educators in Michigan real estate licensing and finance. He has been featured on multiple radio programs for his expertise in loan workouts.

Since joining Kotz, Sangster, Wysocki & Berg, P.C. in 2009, many synergies within the firm have been discovered to the clients' benefit based upon Mr. Porritt's expertise and ongoing relationships.

Mr. Porritt has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for the past six years and he is a Director on area Board of Realtors.
