C. Michael Snyder is a member of the Corporate and Real Estate practice groups. He concentrates his practice on real estate, business and commercial leasing and real estate development and finance. In addition, Michael’s experience includes document preparation and review as well as due diligence review of title, survey and environmental issues. Michael has practiced law in Pennsylvania and Michigan. In addition, Michael has extensive experience in the wireless communications industry and held various director and attorney positions for national telecommunications companies in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan.
Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from The Ohio State University in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University, in Pittsburgh, in 1994. While at Duquesne, Michael was a member of the Duquesne Law Review and served as Research Editor in 1993-1994. In addition, he authored the casenote, United States v. Alvarez-Machain, 31 Duq.L.Rev. 939 (1993), published in the Duquesne Law Review in 1993.
Michael is licensed to practice law in the States of Michigan and Pennsylvania and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Michigan State Bar and Oakland County Bar Association.
