Mr. Soltis is a shareholder at Kotz, Sangster. His practice areas include health care law including, corporate and transactional issues, fraud and abuse analysis and advice and third party reimbursement issues. Corporate Law including analysis and advice regarding formation and choice of entities, drafting of documents for various corporate transactions. Administrative Law, including defense of third party audits and survey deficiencies.
